These sponges are made from 50% Loofah on one side for scrbbing and 50% Cellulose fibers on the other side for more delicate homeware.

An alternative to plastic sponges. Loofah is part of the cucumber family and grown in topical and subtropical areas. This plant is fibrous and ideal as natural scrubber or sponge. It is 100% compostable. Cellulose fibers are also derived from plants and are biodegradable.

The best way to dispose of these sponges is in the bin for it to degrade overtime.
